Genel

Bu politika, Efecan Tuna tarafından geliştirilen "Calendar with To-Do & Notes" (Takvim) uygulamasının hangi verileri, neden ve nasıl kullandığını açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamındaki aydınlatma metni yerine de geçer.

Veri sorumlusu

Kişisel verilerinin veri sorumlusu, uygulamanın bireysel geliştiricisi Efecan Tuna’dır. Tüm talepler için iletişim adresi: efecantuna@yandex.com

Hesap bilgileri

Hesap oluşturmak için e-posta adresin ve belirlediğin şifre kullanılır. Bu bilgiler Google Firebase Authentication hizmetinde saklanır. Şifren Google tarafından şifrelenmiş olarak tutulur; geliştirici şifreni göremez.

Görevler, notlar ve randevular

Uygulamaya girdiğin görevler, notlar ve randevular, cihazların arasında senkronize olabilmesi için Google Cloud Firestore'da hesabına bağlı olarak saklanır. Bu verilere yalnızca kendi hesabınla erişilebilir.

Konum

Premium abonelikte ve izin verirsen, Randevular sayfasında saatlik hava durumunu göstermek için yaklaşık konumun (yaklaşık 1 km hassasiyetinde enlem ve boylam) MET Norway (Norveç Meteoroloji Enstitüsü) hava durumu servisine gönderilir. Konumun saklanmaz ve hesabınla ilişkilendirilmez. İzin vermezsen hava durumu gösterilmez; uygulamanın geri kalanı normal çalışır.

Fotoğraflar

Özel günlere eklediğin fotoğraflar yalnızca cihazında saklanır, hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez.

Bildirimler

Randevu hatırlatmaları ve özel gün bildirimleri cihazında yerel olarak planlanır; bunun için herhangi bir sunucuya veri gönderilmez.

Abonelikler

Premium, App Store üzerinden otomatik yenilenen bir abonelikle sunulur. Ödemeler tamamen Apple tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerini göremeyiz. Aboneliğinin geçerli olup olmadığını doğrulamak için satın alma bilgilerin (abonelik türü, başlangıç ve bitiş tarihleri) ve hesabının rastgele kullanıcı kimliği (e-posta adresin değil) RevenueCat abonelik yönetimi hizmetiyle paylaşılır.

Kullanmadıklarımız

Uygulamada reklam, analiz veya izleme (tracking) araçları yoktur. Verilerin satılmaz ve yukarıda belirtilen hizmet sağlayıcılar dışında kimseyle paylaşılmaz.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Apple App Store (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/), Google Firebase (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy), RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy) ve MET Norway (https://api.met.no/doc/TermsOfService). Bu hizmetler verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler.

İşlemenin hukuki sebebi

Hesap, görev, not, randevu ve abonelik verilerin; hizmetin sunulabilmesi, yani seninle kurulan kullanım sözleşmesinin ifası için işlenir (KVKK m. 5/2-c, GDPR m. 6/1-b). Konum verin yalnızca cihazında verdiğin izne (açık rızana) dayanarak kullanılır ve bu izni istediğin zaman cihaz ayarlarından geri alabilirsin.

Yurt dışına aktarım

Yukarıda sayılan hizmet sağlayıcıların (Google, Apple, RevenueCat, MET Norway) sunucuları Türkiye dışında, ağırlıklı olarak Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ndedir. Uygulamanın çalışabilmesi için verilerin bu sunuculara aktarılır ve orada işlenir.

Saklama ve silme

Verilerin hesabın var olduğu sürece saklanır. Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil ile hesabını ve buluttaki tüm verilerini istediğin zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsin; silinen veriler hizmet sağlayıcıların yedeklerinden de kendi süreleri içinde temizlenir. Cihazdaki fotoğraflar ve ayarlar uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir. Hesabını silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliğini App Store hesap ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmelisin.

Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.

Hakların

KVKK m. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bunlara erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verilerini taşıma haklarına sahipsin. Taleplerini aşağıdaki adrese iletebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Yanıttan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na (https://www.kvkk.gov.tr) veya Avrupa Birliği’nde yaşıyorsan bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenirse yeni hali bu sayfada, güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte yayınlanır.

Overview

This policy explains what data the "Calendar with To-Do & Notes" app, developed by Efecan Tuna, uses, why, and how.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Efecan Tuna, the individual developer of the app. Contact for all requests: efecantuna@yandex.com

Account information

Your email address and password are used to create your account. They are stored by Google Firebase Authentication. Your password is stored encrypted by Google; the developer cannot see it.

Tasks, notes and appointments

The tasks, notes and appointments you enter are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, linked to your account, so they can sync across your devices. Only your account can access this data.

Location

With a Premium subscription and if you allow it, your approximate location (latitude and longitude to about 1 km) is sent to the MET Norway (Norwegian Meteorological Institute) weather service to show the hourly forecast on the Appointments page. Your location is not stored and is not linked to your account. If you do not allow it, the weather is not shown and the rest of the app works normally.

Photos

Photos you add to special days are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

Notifications

Appointment reminders and special day notifications are scheduled locally on your device; no data is sent to any server for them.

Subscriptions

Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never see your card details. To verify whether your subscription is active, your purchase information (subscription type, start and end dates) and the random user ID of your account (not your email address) are shared with the RevenueCat subscription management service.

What we do not use

The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. Your data is not sold and is not shared with anyone other than the service providers listed here.

Third-party services

Apple App Store (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/), Google Firebase (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy), RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy) and MET Norway (https://api.met.no/doc/TermsOfService). These services process data under their own privacy policies.

Legal basis

Your account, task, note, appointment and subscription data are processed to provide the service, i.e. to perform our agreement with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); Turkish KVKK Art. 5/2-c). Your location is used only based on the permission (consent) you grant on your device, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.

International transfers

The servers of the service providers listed above (Google, Apple, RevenueCat, MET Norway) are located outside Turkey, mainly in the European Union and the United States. For the app to work, your data is transferred to and processed on these servers.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all of your cloud data at any time from Settings > Delete Account; deleted data is also removed from the service providers’ backups within their retention periods. Photos and settings on your device are removed when you uninstall the app. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it separately in your App Store account settings.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Turkish KVKK (Art. 11) you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to data portability. Send your requests to the address below; they are answered within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Turkey: https://www.kvkk.gov.tr).

Changes

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
